Biography

Janine Tugonon is a Filipino model, TV presenter, and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2012. She represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2012 pageant, finishing as 1st Runner-Up. Janine is also known for being the first Filipino model to be featured in a Victoria's Secret campaign.

Early Life

Janine was born and raised in Balanga, Bataan, Philippines. She graduated cum laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas and became a licensed pharmacist in June 2010.

Career

After her success in pageantry, Janine pursued a modeling career in the United States. She has appeared in various fashion shows and campaigns, including being the first Filipino model featured in a Victoria's Secret PINK campaign.
