Early Life

Born to an Indian-American father and a Filipina mother, Rabiya was raised in Balasan, Iloilo. Following her parents' separation, she and her mother faced financial hardships. Despite these challenges, Rabiya excelled academically, graduating cum laude with a degree in Physical Therapy from Iloilo Doctors' College. She became the family's breadwinner at a young age, taking on modeling gigs to support their needs.

Rabiya began her pageantry career by winning Miss Iloilo Universe 2020, which led her to represent Iloilo City in the Miss Universe Philippines 2020 pageant.
