Flavia Laos Urbina

Flavia Laos Urbina grew up in Lima, Peru. She began working as a child, appearing in television commercials and on the magazine programme Lima limón, where she won its Miss Pequeñita contest, and she made her acting debut in 2005 in an episode of the crime series Detrás del crimen.

Between 2007 and 2009 she co-hosted the children's programme La hora Warner on Frecuencia Latina. She studied at Colegio San Silvestre and Colegio Villa María, where she learned English, and later enrolled in nutrition studies at Universidad Científica del Sur.

Laos was part of the main cast of the youth series América kids and La Akdemia between 2009 and 2012. Her breakout came with Ven, baila, quinceañera (2015–2018), in which she played the lead role of Camila Souza-Sanguinetti. She followed it with the main cast of Te volveré a encontrar (2020) and the lead role of Bella Villarreal in Princesas (2020–2021), and appeared in the films No me digas solterona (2018) and El niño Dios (2019). She also competed on Peruvian reality competitions including Reto de campeones (2016) and Esto es guerra (2017), and co-hosted the radio programme La noche on Onda Cero in 2019.

Her music career began with duets, including "Amor infinito" with Pablo Heredia (2017) and "Muriendo de amor" with Nico Ponce (2018). She released her solo debut "Despierta" in 2019, followed by singles such as "Ahora me llamas" (2022), "No te voy a mentir" (2023) and "Afterparty" with Asmir Young (2024).

Laos joined season 4 of Netflix's Too Hot to Handle, released in December 2022, arriving as a late entrant and reaching the final. Netflix brought her back for season 6, released in July 2024, where she again made the finale. The same year she competed on the celebrity edition of El gran chef famosos. Her awards include the 2022 People's Choice Award for Latin Influencer of the Year and a 2023 award for best female urban composer.
