Victoria Velasquez Vincent is a Kiwi-Filipino architect, model, and beauty queen. She is known for representing both the Philippines and New Zealand in international pageants including Miss Universe 2024. She was Miss Universe Philippines Charity 2021 and Miss Universe New Zealand 2024.

Early Life

Victoria was born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, to an Irish father and a Filipino mother from Bacoor, Cavite. She embraces her multicultural heritage and has spent time living and working in both New Zealand and the Philippines.

Career

She earned two master’s degrees from the University of Auckland in 2020 and has worked in the construction industry in New Zealand and Australia. Victoria gained public attention after joining and winning multiple beauty pageants. She represented New Zealand at Miss Universe 2024 in Mexico and has won titles such as Miss Universe New Zealand 2024 and Miss Universe Philippines Charity 2021.
