Biography

Rebecca Patricia Armstrong, known as Becky, is a Thai actress and singer. She was born on 5 December 2002 in Bangkok to a Thai mother and a British father. She first became widely known as Mon in GAP The Series (2022), one of Thailand's first girls' love television series, in which she starred opposite Sarocha 'Freen' Chankimha.

She went on to play Namo in the box-office comedy Long Live Love! (2023), which earned her a Suphannahong Award nomination for best supporting actress. In 2024 she played Kath in Uranus 2324 and Princess Anin in The Loyal Pin. In 2026 she took over the role of Nanno in Girl from Nowhere: The Reset, which entered Netflix's top 10 in 67 countries and regions, and played Princess Blue in The Air from the 4 Elements anthology.

Armstrong runs her own company, Becky Entertainment. In 2026 she signed with Creative Artists Agency (CAA), becoming the first Thai actress represented by the agency, and released her debut solo single, "Skin".

Early Life

Armstrong was born in Bangkok and spent her childhood moving between Australia, Thailand and New Zealand. She attended Shrewsbury International School and Wattana Wittaya Academy in Bangkok as well as Victoria College in Belfast.

At 13 she competed on Thailand's Got Talent, one of several talent-show auditions she has said came before her acting career. She later enrolled at the University of Essex to study criminology and psychology.

Career

Armstrong's first acting role came in 2020, as the supporting character Thanya in TharnType 2: 7 Years of Love. In early 2022 she played Fon in Secret Crush on You. Later that year she landed her first lead, Mon, in GAP The Series. The series brought her international attention and several awards, and it later passed 900 million views on YouTube.

In 2023 she played Namo in the family comedy Long Live Love!, which earned more than 100 million baht in Thai cinemas before its Netflix release. In 2024 she reunited with Chankimha for the science-fiction romance Uranus 2324 and the period series The Loyal Pin on Workpoint TV. In The Loyal Pin she played Princess Anilaphat ('Anin'), a role that required formal and archaic Thai dialogue over roughly eight months of filming.

In October 2025 Armstrong left her former agency and founded Becky Entertainment, and the following month she partnered with Kolab Asia for brand work. In March 2026 she played Nanno, the mysterious transfer student, in Girl from Nowhere: The Reset on One 31 and Netflix. The role won her the Rising Star of the Year award at the 2026 KISF Global OTT Awards in South Korea. She signed with Wild Entertainment Group to begin a solo music career, releasing "Skin" on 1 May 2026, and with CAA in April 2026. In May 2026 she played Crown Princess Blue, and an impostor posing as her, in The Air. Its premiere recorded a nationwide rating of 2.2.

Armstrong was named a Chanel house ambassador in March 2025 and works with L'Oreal Paris. She was included in the BoF 500 in 2025.
